Dynasty1 Warranty Coverage

Once your product qualifies for a warranty then Dynasty1 will pick up the product from your doorstep, get it serviced and/or repaired and deliver it back to you. Some items such as Home Appliances, Sports Equipment, Furniture, or any other large item will be sold as is from our premises.

Depending on the type of defect and level of repair, Repairs may take up to 10 business days which starts once the product is received by our repair center, excluding return shipping time. In case the spare parts are not available, repair timeline may be longer than 10 days.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to return an item:

• Faults resulting from normal wear and tear


• Damage arising from negligence and user abuse


• Damage arising from the incorrect usage of an item


• Damage arising from electrical surges


• Damage arising from sea air corrosion


• Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product


• Damage arising from alterations to the product


• Post purchase dissonance – where the product or specifications of a product do not suit you
